Violet "Vi" Parr is one of the five main protagonists (alongside Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Dash and Jack-Jack) of Pixar's The Incredibles franchise. She has the power of invisibility and the ability to produce force fields.
She was voiced by Sarah Vowell.
What Makes Her Love Exalted?[]
- She is shown to be very consciously compassionate and virtuous for her age and is just as heroic as her parents despite not being alive during the Golden Age Era, unlike her brothers Dash who is mischievous and showed little remorse for inadvertently getting several of Syndrome's goons killed and Jack-Jack who significantly lacks moral agency.
- She has a curious and experimental nature to her, willing to explore her abilities and her world once she is freed from the family prohibitions about using her superpowers.
- During the fight with Syndrome's soldiers, she uses her shields to protect Dash who was about to be shot, creating a force field and saving him. This shows that she was willing to sacrifice herself for her brother.
- She frees her family after they are captured by Syndrome by releasing herself using her force-fields to sever her magnetic bonds and deactivating the machine holding her family captive. They then escape Syndrome's island with the help of Mirage and go save the city from the Omnidroid.
- She shields her family from falling debris with her force field powers after the destruction of Syndrome's jet.
- She saves civilians by using her force field to shield them from falling rubble during the Underminer's attack, later protecting her family from the explosion when The Underminer's drill gets destroyed.
- She helps prevent the Everjust ship from crashing into the city, an effort that leads to supers becoming legal again.
- She was the one who suggested that she and her brothers needed to take action after their parents were in grave danger.
