The Collector is the secondary antagonist of The Disney Channel animated series, The Owl House, serving as one of the unseen overarching antagonists of Season 1, The overarching antagonist of Season 2, and the secondary antagonist of Season 3.
He is a child of a race of cosmic beings, and the last one exsiting, but being imprisoned in a tablet by Boiling Isles Titan. Many centuries later, he made a deal with witch-hunter Philip Wittebane to help him annihilate all witchkind in exchange for freedom, but after Philip/Belos betrayed him, the Collector was freed by King Clawthorne, the Titan's son, before turning Isles into his playground, all while Belos, along with Luz Noceda and her friends, were trapped to the Human Realm.
He was voiced by Fryda Wolff.
What Makes Them Loved?[]
- Unlike most of his kind, he's a very friendly and kind person. who wants to play, and have fun as well as making friends so he doesn’t have to be alone.
- He's very sympathetic, due to being tricked by their siblings, The Archivists, into going to The Demon Realm to play with The Titans, with his siblings kidnapping them, and having him being falsely accused and punished by The Titan for making them disappear and trapped in a tablet for a millennia.
- He saved the Hexsquad as Belos was about to kill them and offered them a head start in his game of tag.
- He befriended King, and helped him stop The Draining Spell.
- He was able to take down a few hateful people, such as Terra and Odalia.
- Unlike most villains who commit disgusting acts, he's very friendly and kind, as when he met King, he asked if he want to play with him, and even helped him stop The Draining Spell.
- He cared about King, as he defended him from Terra when the latter insulted him.
- Despite being defeated by Luz, King, and Eda, he didn’t give a grudge at them, only giving up.
- He allowed Luz, King and Eda, help him by hearing about how the met including their adventures.
- He felt remorseful for their crimes, as they apologized for not knowing about their actions.
- He defended King and Eda, and even tried saving them from Belos.
- He helped save everyone from The Archives.
- He was forgiven by everyone, including The Hexsquad, Camilla and Lilith.
- He went to a journey on the stars to understand more as a person.
