~ Troy and Spider-Man. |
“ | Every day, I wake up knowing... that the more people I try to save... the more enemies I will make. And it's just a matter of time... before I face those with more power... than I can overcome. | „ |

“ | I lost... I lost Gwen. My, um... she was my "MJ". I couldn't save her. I'm never going to be able to forgive myself for that. But I carried on, tried to... tried to keep going. Tried to keep being the... friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, because I know that's what she would've wanted, but... at some point I just... I stopped pulling my punches. I got rageful. I got bitter. I just don't want you, to end up like... like me. | „ |
~ Peter Parker to his alternate self |
Peter Parker, also known as Spider-Man, is the titular main protagonist of Marc Webb's duology of the same name and the deuteragonist of the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Spider-Man: No Way Home.

What Makes Him Love Exalted?[]
- As Spider-Man, Peter was something of a friend to Max Dillon before he becomes Electro, saving his life and giving Max the feeling of self-worth.
- After Max becomes Electro, he attempts to talk him down rather than immediately attacking him.
- He was utterly devastated by Gwen’s death and took full responsibility for breaking his promise to her father in his dying moments.
- Inspired by Gwen's graduation speech, he becomes Spider-Man once more.
- When he and his counterpart, Raimiverse Spider-Man, comfort MCU Peter over the death of Aunt May, he shared his experience of losing Gwen, convincing him not to send the visitors back to die.
- He saved Michelle Jones from falling to her death, sparing his younger counterpart the pain he had endured when he lost Gwen.
- He tells his counterparts he loves them.
