Robin Underwood is a secondary protagonist of the LEGO Nexo Knights TV series. He is a student in the Knights Academy who wishes to become a true knight one day. He joins the Nexo Knights on their quest against Jestro and his monster armies, providing them with support.
He was voiced by Erin Mathews.
What Makes Him Love Exalted?[]
- Most of the time, he is shown to be selfless and friendly to those around him.
- He constantly tries to prove to the adults that even a little guy like him can make a difference.
- He and Ava have supported the Nexo Knights with gadgets necessary to defeat Jestro's monsters, from Ultra Armor to Triangulator, meaning he's done a lot to protect Knighton.
- When the Nexo Knights were framed for various crimes by Lava Monsters, he built the Black Knight Mech to fight them off himself.
- After he won the special edition issue of Ned Knightly in a cosplay competition, he chose to give the prize away to Macy in spite of how valuable it was, reasoning that nobody could enjoy it more than her.
- Despite having no major physical prowess, he is far from a coward and took part in battles against monsters more than once.
- While he's demonstrated some arrogance in the early episodes, he subverts it by the end of the series and acts much more humble than he used to. He still acts reckless from time to time, but doesn't deliberately endanger others by doing so.
- Although he sometimes uses Squirebots to perform dangerous tasks, such as making them act as an antenna or launching them out of cannon, he does it as a last resort and cares for their well-being nonetheless, feeling sorry for them if he sees them tired.
- He fixed Robot Hoodlum and offered to continue to repair Squirebots the robber was taking care of, only asking in return for Hoodlum to quit his life of crime.
- In The Forbidden Power, he told Ethan Zilgo off for mocking Fletcher Bowman and later tried to cheer the orphan boy up when he was unsure of himself.
- He stayed awake for days to complete his ultimate weapon in time and save Knighton from destruction, and later helped the Nexo Knights defeat Monstrox.
