Penelope Pitstop is one of Hanna-Barbera's most popular animated characters, serving as the titular main protagonist of the Wacky Races spin-off The Perils of Penelope Pitstop.
She is voiced by the late Janet Waldo, who also voiced Minnie Mouse in Mickey Mouse. In Wacky Races Forever , she is voiced by Kath Soucie, who also voiced Sally in Kingdom Hearts series, Lola Bunny in Space Jam, young Nick Wilde in Zootopia, Perdita in Patch's London Adventure, Muriel Bagge in Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Sally Acorn in Sonic.
In the Wacky Races reboot, she is voiced by Nicole Parker. In the Japanese dub from the series, she is voiced by Noriko Ohara in the 1970's and by Kikuko Inoue in the Reboot.
