This Love Exalted has been confirmed to be on the Heroic Benchmark Wiki to be a Heroic Benchmark. Although these characters have too much corrupting factors, have too much moral agency issues, are insufficiently characterized, are purely innocent, have standard heroism or heavily fail the in-story standards that prevent them from standing out to be at least Inconsistently Admirable, they are still noble and heroic enough in their own right. Do not remove Love Exalteds from this category unless they have been removed from the Heroic Benchmark Wiki. Failure to following these rules will result in a block. |

Murphy is a major character in the 2015 Cartoon Network original series, We Bare Bears, and a supporting character in its 2020 series finale film, We Bare Bears: The Movie.
Like her fellow Poppy Rangers, Murphy is an amazonic and adventurous little girl scout/troop/park ranger who is a close friend of Ranger Tabes and the three Bears, more especially Grizzly. Murphy shows high commitment to her aforementioned fellow Poppy Rangers, but Murphy is more enthusiastic and optimistic, yet also more hyperaware and intelligent compared to the other Poppy Rangers. Thus, she seems to offer the most amount of reassurance and motivation to Grizz out of the rest of the Poppies. Outside of her career as a park ranger like Ranger Tabes, Murphy is typically seen casually playing with the other Poppy Rangers and having fun, more especially by having tissue and pillow fights with the other Poppy Rangers, or flying kites with them.
Murphy is voiced by Stella Balick-Karrer.
What Makes Her Love Exalted?[]
- Murphy is an overall supportive, honorable, affable, optimistic, energetic, loyal and adorable little girl who benefits other people in numerous situations, showing high loyalty towards her fellow Poppy Rangers and more especially, Ranger Tabes and Grizz Bear. Additionally, Murphy's characteristics of loyalty, energy, selflessness, optimism and as a voice of reason appeals to the audience.
- Murphy is eager to follow all of Ranger Tabes and Grizzly's commands, even if they are too risky.
- Murphy has a huge friendship towards Grizz Bear, even though she was astonished to encounter him for the first time, similar to Chloe's interaction with the three bears for the first time. Additionally, Murphy even refers him as "Bear Guy," "Mr. Bear Guy" or at least "Mr. Bear" rather than just a traditional bear animal by basically calling him "Bear," which references Grizz and his fellow bear brothers' philanthropic interaction with the human race.
- Out of the rest of the Poppy Rangers, Murphy has the most patience and least grudge with Grizz and his incompetence.
- Alongside the other Poppies, Murphy saved Wallace from Hurricane Hal, even if it endangered herself.
- Murphy is a voice of pure reason in several occasions:
- When Ranger Tabes encourages Murphy and the other Poppies to explore the dark cave for the badge, Murphy and the other Poppies were reluctant on it and tried to reason with her, fearing the danger they will get themselves into (and sided with Grizz in deciding to take the safer route of the cave), such as being eventually stranded in the cave, and Ranger Tabes felt insecure when they did get stranded, but Murphy encouraged her that she is still an excellent forest ranger, motivating Tabes into optimism and getting herself, Grizz, Murphy and the other Poppy Rangers out of the cave.
- Murphy even warned Ranger Tabes out of fear that crumbling walls are a sign of erosion.
- After Grizz stopped the Ranger War in the episode, Lord of the Poppies, Murphy was reluctant on eating Grizz, even though she and the other Poppies kidnapped him in the first place to do so, but this was out of immense starvation, and even Grizz himself allowed Murphy and the Poppies to devour him in order to keep them alive.
- Despite being dismissive of Grizz and his incompetence in the annual Ranger Games, Murphy eventually motivates and encourage him to defeat the Ivy Rangers (and feels remorseful of dismissing Grizz and his initial lack of skill in the annual game), more especially through cheerleading, but even before that, Murphy reassured Grizz that she and the Poppies will "root for him no matter what," in a show of pure kindness, in which Grizz reforms his incompetence because of Murphy and the Poppies' positive influence, and that sentiment would go on over the course of the entire series thanks to Murphy and the Poppies' positive influence to Grizz.
- Murphy, alongside the other Poppy Rangers and their fellow commander, Ranger Tabes, assisted Grizz Bear, Ice Bear and Panda Bear in defeating Agent Trout, leading to his well-deserved imprisonment and preventing Trout from unlawfully capturing and torturing the three Bears. After Trout's incarceration, Murphy and the other Poppies gratefully reunite with Grizz, even despite all of the chaotic scenarios Grizz had put her and the Poppies through, such as the events of Lord of the Poppies.
