Jake Sully is the main protagonist of Avatar and Avatar: The Way of Water. He was a human who initially worked with the RDA to help mine unobtanium from Pandora. However he eventually betrays them to save the Navi and becomes a Navi himself.
What Makes Him Love Exalted?[]
- While he was initially helping the RDA to mine unobtanium, he stopped and fought back against the RDA as they were destroying the Na'vi homeland.
- He tries to comfort Neytiri when she is mourning the loss of her father, also feeling remorse.
- Rallied many Na'vi clans to fight against the RDA. If it wasn't for Jake, much more of Pandora likely would have been despoiled by the RDA's destructive corporate practices.
- Has the RDA sent back to Earth.
- After the RDA's second return to Pandora, he led the Omaticaya into an insurgency to disrupt the RDA's colonization efforts.
- He takes his family away from the Ometikaya clan and to the Metkayina clan to keep them all safe.
- He drops his weapon when Miles Quaritch threatens to kill Kiri and offered to give himself up.
- He says to Tonowari that he will leave the Metkayina clan believing it was his fault they were all attacked by the RDA, but Tonowari insists he stays.
