Ezra Bridger is the main protagonist of the 2014-2018 TV series Star Wars Rebels and a supporting character in the 2022-2023 live-action TV series Ahsoka. He is a bokken Jedi who was trained by Kanan Jarrus and best friends with Sabine Wren.
What Makes Him Love Exalted?[]
In General[]
- While he is not always being needed in side missions, he is still there to help and support his fellow crew members and even plays big roles in helping them. This also helps that he appears in every episode in Star Wars Rebels, allowing him to be more consistent with his heroism.
- Although he starts off with several massive corrupting factors, such as his occupation as a street thief (although it’s understandable, as he was homeless), him acting like a jerk to Zeb and Chopper, him having trust issues and only looking out for himself, him lusting over Sabine's beauty, his arrogance and aggressiveness from his own extreme methods, his willingness to kill people, and overall his corruption in the Dark Side, they no longer hold up in Season 4 as he manages to move far past a lot of them, best shown when Palpatine tries to manipulate him into joining the Dark Side but he rejects the chance to become a villain.
- While he does actively try to resist Maul's temptations into the Dark Side and views him as his enemy, unlike Ahsoka Tano and much like Obi-Wan Kenobi, he still has a degree of care for him because he was capable of sympathizing with his tragic past.
- Despite being taken very seriously, he never really darkens the story.
Season 1[]
- He puts his life as a street thief behind after Kanan gives him the offer to train him.
- He persuades his fellow cadets Jai Kell and Zare Leonis to defect.
- While not well-intentioned at the time, he saves Kanan's life from The Grand Inquisitor several times.
Season 2[]
- He convinces Kanan to let go of his prejudice towards clones as they have no more intention to kill Jedi.
- He rescues force-sensitive children from the Seventh Sister and Fifth Brother.
Season 3[]
- He rescues Hondo Ohnaka from an Imperial prison.
- He makes peace with the Republic and the Separatists in their final Clone Wars battle.
- He persuades Saw to not shoot the last Geonosian egg.
- He defends Atollon from Thrawn's forces.
Season 4[]
- He manages to let go of his clinginess towards his parents and Kanan and manages to reject Palpatine's manipulations after Ahsoka gives him advice in World Between Worlds.
- He passes the goodness zone for putting an end on the Imperial Occupation on Lothal, saving several citizens from their tyranny. During his disappearance, he sends a goodbye message to all of his friends and encouraged them to continue fighting the Empire.
Ahsoka[]
- He bonds with the Notis and defended them from Thrawn's Imperial remnants.
- He is glad to see Sabine and Ahsoka again when they found him.
- He hijacks onto Thrawn's ship after Ahsoka and Sabine choose to stay behind to defend Peridea. After this, he has a nice reunion with Hera and will most likely help her in her missions to defeat Thrawn.
