Chuck Wallace, best shortened to Chuck, is a supporting character in the We Bare Bears franchise.

Chuck is Wallace's younger sister, and is the shortest and youngest of the Poppy Rangers. Although Chuck is the newest member of the Poppy Rangers, she is also the most reliable, mature and bravest of the Poppy Rangers. Chuck is a brave and adventurous little girl scout/park ranger and troop who has a close friendship with Ranger Tabes and the bears, more especially Grizzly. Similar to Ice Bear, Chuck is shown to be the most capable in several methods and scenarios thanks to her sheer valor and hyperawareness, as well as her skill in kickball. As such, Chuck has the combination of being the cleverest and the most reliable of the Poppy Rangers, like Wallace. Chuck shows high commitment to her aforementioned fellow Poppy Rangers. Outside of her career as a park ranger like Ranger Tabes, Chuck typically plays with the other Poppy Rangers and has fun with them, more especially by flying kites. More especially, Chuck is an expert participant of the annual Peewee Ranger Games, attending to defeat her and the Poppies' arch-rival counterparts, the Ivy Rangers, and was successful in doing so with the Poppies and Grizz's assist. Thanks to Grizz's assist, Chuck and the Poppies would go on to defeat the Ivies more times in the next years of the Peewee Ranger Games, eventually leading to the Ivy Rangers' deserved disqualification.

Chuck is virtually silent, unlike the other Poppy Rangers.

What Makes Her Love Exalted?[]

In general, Chuck Wallace is a supportive, affable and faithful girl who is heavily beneficial in numerous situations, showing high loyalty towards her fellow Poppy Rangers and more especially, Ranger Tabes and Grizz Bear, and Chuck is almost never overconfident and incompetent in her heroism compared to the two, respectively, as with the other Poppies.
- Additionally, as Chuck is the most expert of the Poppies in kickball for the annual Peewee Ranger Games, Chuck's sentiments with the Poppies is what led to the Ivy Rangers and Ranger Zhao's defeat and eventual disqualification from the Peewee Ranger Games, thus making Chuck the overall messiah and savior of the Poppies' eventual winning streak in the annual Peewee Ranger Games.
Chuck Wallace's silent, skillful and tough, yet selfless, polite, mature, determined and honorable personality combined with sheer skillfulness, cleverness and valor is what makes her appealing to the audience, which is further supplemented by sharing the cute and adorable design and physical appearances with the other Poppies. Additionally, what makes these traits of Chuck even more appealing is that most of them are shared with Ice Bear. Even despite her maturity and pure characterization of a strong-willed and tough demeanor, Chuck still takes humor from Grizz's cheerleading while preparing for the annual Peewee Ranger Games, and from Grizz pouring water on himself upon the aftermath of winning the Peewee Ranger Games against the Ivies and Ranger Zhao.
Chuck is the only Poppy Ranger to not show even the slightest grudge against Grizz's incompetence and lack of skill in kickball for the annual Peewee Ranger Games at all, even after the latter unintentionally foiled the Poppies' winning streak after he substitutes for Wallace. Chuck was even excited to have Grizz as the Poppies' star player to defeat the Ivies and Ranger Zhao for the annual Peewee Ranger Games, and even cheered for him when he successfully accomplished the annual Peewee Ranger Games against the Ivies and Ranger Zhao.
Chuck immediately builds a huge friendship towards Grizz Bear, and she was not astonished at all to encounter him for the first time (unlike the other Poppies).
When one of the Ivy Rangers remorselessly and quite purposefully tackled Wallace to prevent her from winning another round in the Peewee Ranger Games, which injured Wallace's ankle, and the Ivies were sadistically proud of doing so, Chuck Wallace comforted and embraced her to raise Wallace's spirit before Grizz substitutes for Wallace as the Poppies' star player.
Chuck saved the Poppy Rangers from failing for the fourth time in the Peewee Ranger Games in the final round.
Altogether, Chuck has assisted with the Poppy Rangers and Grizz in defeating the Ivy Rangers and Ranger Zhao in the annual Peewee Ranger Games.
- Additionally, it is even assumed that with Grizz's assist, Chuck and the Poppies would go on to defeat the Ivies and Zhao in the annual Peewee Ranger Games through the next few years, leading to their well-deserved disqualification from the Peewee Ranger Games.
Unlike the other Poppies, Chuck Wallace is devoid of corrupting factors, including those that the other Poppies have (arrogance, lethalness, being control freakish, etc), thus making Chuck among the few characters in the We Bare Bears series to virtually lack corrupting factors, even one.
