- When Lucas and Brandon dragged a passed out Karolina, he rushed and stopped them from raping her.
- When he saw his parents and the parents of Minoru, Dean, Wilder, Yorkes, and Hernandez performing a ritual of killing Destiny Gonzalez, he and his friends hid and swore to stop them.
- When Karolina shows him her powers, he wasn't afraid and called them beautiful.
- He tried to catch Dean when she fell off a ledge and was amazed when her powers saved her from the fall.
