Despite him being very kind he is still taken too seriously by the story to count. There are some Pure Goods who are disallowed due to being taken too seriously.

I feel like Matsuda counts. One moment does not automatically disqualify someone from LE.

Most people I have seen like him. I will create his page and if someone with more experience with his character thinks he does not belong I will have a discussion with them.

According to TV Tropes he used to be a Scrappy but was later "Rescued from the Scrappy Heap" and is now viewed in a much more positive light.

Why does Kratos keep getting added? This has been discussed so many times and he is on the disallowed pages anyway.
