I doubt he should be here. The story portrays him as horrifying and way too serious, and even though he severely regretted his worst crimes and was able to get successfully rehabilitated in prison, he’s required to be severely restrained to stop him from attacking again and the story makes you see him more like “glad this tragic villain is getting a happy ending after everything he went through” and “uwu he did nothing wrong, he’s so loveable!”
However he killed Tem in cold blood by graphically EATING HIM on-screen, and even though this was involuntary due to him succumbing to his predator instincts he created a false memory that Tem consented to being eaten (does that sound familiar?) and tried to kill Legoshi and Pina for knowing about what he did.
