Villains are not LE's.

He may have lots of redeeming qualities and even heroic roles sometimes, but like his fellow trio members he spends most of his time antagonising the main cast while calling them “twerps” and attempting to steal other people’s Pokémon.

Absolutely no idea. His page was created by Markim99, who often gives characters Draco in Leather Pants treatment. He created pages for characters who have straight-up eaten people or threatened to (Arkillo, Killer Croc and Riz) and rapists (Clayface and Parasite) so I doubt that Klump is as lovable as the page says he is.

@JustinMasterMine He's mostly likable for a villain but he only tried to change his ways and showed remorse for his actions once and he was only sympathetic in 2 episodes.

And unlike Doof we don't know Klump's excuse for being evil it's implied to be because he lost his brother but is that enough for a character to be LE?
