What is the point where a character can’t be LE? Like, being On & Off apparently isn’t preventing, and abusers aren’t disallowed.
How is on & off not preventing for LE? The criteria needs to be updated because that’s probably very outdated.

I also think Bakugo doesn’t count as love exalted either. I think he is too much of a jerk, way too wrathful and just overall downright controversial for a love exalted.
He seems to corrupted for LE.
